About Me

Adam Soltani, a University of Oklahoma graduate with a Master’s in Human Relations and a certificate in Organizational Diversity and Development, also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has served the Muslim community in various professional capacities, including managing American Muslim artists, coordinating youth development programs, and being a founding member of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

Soltani chaired the Oklahoma Conference of Churches’ Religions United Committee for a decade and has been involved in various religious and interfaith organizations. His written commentary is regularly featured in local publications, and he is a sought-after public speaker on topics related to Islam.

Adam Soltani has received numerous awards, including the Oklahoma Human Rights Award and the Interfaith Leadership Award. He completed the Nonprofit Management Certification course in 2016 and serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Islamic Studies at Oklahoma State University.

Recognized as one of the 50 Most Powerful Young Professionals in Oklahoma City by OKC Friday in multiple years, Adam has also been acknowledged for his contributions to social justice. In 2022, he received The Interfaith Alliance Foundation of Oklahoma Humanitarian Award for his leadership in supporting Afghan refugees.

In June 2023, 405 Business Magazine named Adam Soltani one of the top Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leaders in Oklahoma City. Before becoming the Executive Director of CAIR Oklahoma, Adam worked as a social services specialist, providing aid to underprivileged families. He currently resides in Oklahoma City with his wife and two sons.
