Dr. Adam Soltani leads a statewide team of trainers, consultants, and program operations staff serving roughly 1,000 nonprofit members across Oklahoma. As a member of the organization’s senior leadership team, he helps shape organizational culture and drives the delivery of high-quality training and consulting services throughout the state.

He previously served as Executive Director of CAIR Oklahoma (2012–2025), leading the organization’s civil rights, advocacy, and interfaith initiatives, and as an Adjunct Instructor of Islamic Studies at Oklahoma State University. A sought-after speaker on nonprofit leadership, civic engagement, diversity and inclusion, and social justice, he has addressed audiences at universities, faith communities, and civic forums across Oklahoma and the United States.

Originally from Kansas, Adam has called Oklahoma home for nearly three decades and resides in Oklahoma City with his wife and two sons.
